Just to clarify the website has every right to terminate your account but they do not have the right to hold your money. Please try reaching out to their support team by phone. Just keep in mind that due to corona circumstances many agents are loaded as they have to work from home. It doesn't matter what the reason was for terminating your account but they do not have the right to uphold your money.

I tried to match a bet but the website prevented me. I find it weird because with a quick google search you will realize that Betfair is actually advertising for matched betting. Over and above they are charging a five percent fee so I guess promoting a free bet steak is one big lie. I suggest instead of trying to block us from winning you should revise your own terms and conditions so that it's more transparent to punters like me who rely on the promotions you advertise.
