Guts Casino Review

I'll just explain why the score is no higher than 2/5. I consider it my duty to warn people against cooperating with these scammers. They attract, of course, interestingly: they play free spins of the Book of the Dead, starting from real matches of the Premier League. The scheme is as follows: you throw in 10 pounds - you spin the wheel with the names of the teams for three days. These teams then play their matches, and for each goal, 5 pieces of those same free spins are given. At first glance, I was lucky - MU, Liverpool, and Leicester dropped out. The teams are good, and the three of them shot 9 goals - that's 45 free spins, which I was naively waiting for. But it turned out that to receive a bonus, you need to go through verification with a photo of documents, and while my papers were being checked, I could not use my account for 7-8 days! When the check was over, it turned out that I did not have any free spins, and the operator said that I had not fulfilled the conditions of the drawing - like I did not have time to use the free spins. Well, not idiots? The operator tried to hush up the story by offering me 20 free spins for another slot machine. I agreed, considering that this is better than nothing. But then another unpleasant story arose when I tried to withdraw 15 pounds, and the system refused without explanation. I wrote again in support, and there they say that it is necessary to display at least twenty. I reread the rules written on the site - it is written in black and white that the withdrawal starts at 10 pounds. I understand that the administration itself sets the limits for withdrawal, but it's a mystery to me why the rules on the site cannot be updated. Well, or the operator, not knowing the cause of the problem, simply deceived me. In a word, I had enough - I'd rather look for another casino.

I definitely have to give this website a horrible review and I'm directly accusing them of theft. After making three deposits and losing the money playing (totally my fault) I decided to make one last deposit and luckily I won. I went to check my winnings only to find it completely empty even though the deposit has been withdrawn from my account. I'm still waiting on an answer from their support team but so far I'm not very impressed with their generic response saying they will investigate the matter further. Update: The support team finally got back to me and were able to solve the problem and they transferred the money immediately to my account. I still don't think I will be making an etransfer on this site again. I give them a two stars review.

I like this casino and often play here but I'm not too impressed about how slow they process withdrawals. I would also like to mention that their UX is a little ancient.
