Shambala Casino Review

Some years ago, online gambling was only entertainment for the most advanced part of society, and most gamblers visited land-based establishments in an old-fashioned way. However, technologies did not stand still, and in 2020 they also received a powerful impetus, when the players were faced with the fact: if it is possible to play, then only online. In the short time that has passed since that moment, hundreds of new sites have appeared on the Internet, growing like mushrooms against the backdrop of a manifold increase in demand. The company called Dama N.V. especially distinguished itself. – this operator has opened a dozen sites, each with its characteristics. Today we will consider one of the newest – Shambala Casino.

To get a holistic and honest picture of what Shambala Casino is, we have explored thematic forums to collect the most detailed feedback from players from around the world. At the moment, these reviews are not as many as they would have been a year later, but they are already enough to get a general idea of what the site is good for and what the administration has not finalized. If we talk about the merits, then the audience usually highlights the following:

• the operator has already agreed to place on its site more than four thousand games of various types from the world’s leading providers – such agility cannot but impress, given the age of the brand;
• all games are confidently launched even from a smartphone – well, of course, because the casino, created in 2021, simply had no right to ignore the popularity of mobile platforms;
• the institution accepts many different payment methods, including newfangled cryptocurrencies, without which it is difficult to imagine the life of an advanced person today;
• you can contact the support service through the chat, which works around the clock and seven days a week – the operators respond quickly and to the point, really trying to help the applicant.

Young firms rarely find themselves in scandals – on the contrary, they try to mask even real shortcomings to attract as many clientele as possible for a successful start. However, there are no perfect sites, and you can even find fault with the casino that has not yet managed to get dirty. A simple example – Shambala Casino does not accept players from many reputable jurisdictions due to the “weakness” of the Curacao license used. Another argument is that the office does not have any long-term reputation: although it has not yet been caught on a scam, suspicious gamblers are sure that sooner or later, some “tricks” are inevitable.

As a rule, new sites surprise potential customers with a massive welcome bonus to dispel any doubts about whether to register at all. The administration of Shambala Casino has chosen a different path – there is a first deposit bonus here, but it can hardly be called cosmic. Rather, it is standard – the first deposit is doubled for no more than 100 euros, and 180 free spins are added to the load.

However, the administration has prepared a whole welcome package, which covers as many as four first deposits. The second time, they will add half of the amount (up to 100 euros), the third – again half of the deposit, but already up to 200 euros, the fourth deposit is again doubled up to one hundred euros. In total, there are 500 euros and free spins, which is not so bad!

The welcome bonus is cleared on a 50x wager, which is quite high. However, in general, the bonus program is varied enough to keep the player on their toes at all times. Visit the website to see all the current offers!

In Shambala Casino, the VIP program levels are “metal,” that is, the player starts from the steel level and must go up to platinum. The upward promotion scheme is standard – the more the user charges into the system, the more loyalty points, and the closer the increase.

Why chase a promotion? Then, that it promises a lot of benefits: a valuable one-time gift, increased cashback on Mondays, and a reduced wager for him. In addition, the administration will provide an important client with a personal manager, open access to exclusive bonuses, and also increase weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, cancelling them completely when the last level is reached.

In terms of security, Shambala Casino is a typical middle peasant: users have not yet complained about any special vulnerability or scam, but there is no talk about the top level of protection either. In particular, the office received a license only from Curacao – this is better than nothing, but picky clients probably wanted more.

The rest of the site relies on SSL encryption to ensure that no outsiders gain access to your account. The institution promises to use only a random number generator to determine the winners, hinting that the staff cannot interfere with the game process.

Today, you can already get used to the fact that any online casino requires detailed information about itself from its customers. Even if we assume that the national legislation does not require anything of the kind from the office, even if at the time of registration the user does not crawl into the soul, sooner or later, the site will want to “get acquainted.” This is normal practice because the administration is interested in the fight against fraudsters who can dishonestly profit from the casino.

At the start, Shambala Casino is not interested in personal data – the profile is rather formal. But with a solid win, it turns out that you need to fill out a more detailed questionnaire, including with potential verification of documents. The same practice is typical for most lucrative bonuses. To be honest, the final policy of this institution is not yet clear because it is very young, but it can be assumed that the site will act in the same way as other brands managed by Dama N.V.

Modern realities are such that you can gradually forget about mobile applications. Most online casinos do not see any point in them because the software has limited support for Android / iOS and does not take into account the needs of players using gadgets on other operating systems. Whether it’s a mobile site – if you make it competently, it will look great in any modern browser, and there can be no functional claims to it.

The Shambala Casino administration judged the same way. The lite version of the page is launched automatically as soon as the site recognizes the device as portable. Fitting to the screen is guaranteed, nothing will come out over the edge, and the controls will not block the view. At the same time, all the functions of the desktop site are preserved.

From the very beginning of its existence, the administration of Shambala Casino has set itself the goal of entering the international market. To make customers more accustomed to managing their money, it is suggested to open a game account in several variants of fiat currencies – first of all, the euro, American, Canadian and Australian dollars are striking. In addition, you can open a gambling account in the most popular cryptocurrencies, and this is a very thoughtful step that allows you to attract a large number of advanced youth.

Unsurprisingly, bank cards, electronic payment systems, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrency wallets are allowed as payment methods. It makes no sense to list everything – for each of the countries whose citizens are ready to welcome on the site, at least two dozen methods are available.

The office does not take commissions in its favour either when crediting money to a gaming account or when withdrawing winnings. In most cases, replenishment comes within a few minutes, but the withdrawal may take a long time – carefully read the conditions for each direction. Limits also fluctuate depending on the payment system and the currency of the game account.

There is only one way to find your way to a gambler’s heart. The trick is that the administration of the online casino must collect on its website the best creations of all the more or less significant software providers. There is simply no other way because it is impossible to guess the preferences of all potential customers – there are probably gourmets among them who do not follow the mainstream. Shambala Casino understands this very well, therefore, in the shortest possible time, they established partnerships with such giants as Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n’Go, Yggdrasil, and many others.

Predictably, slots make up the majority of the entire range of entertainment – there are slots for every taste. There are both classic “fruit” drums and modern thematic ones, as well as virtual imitations of table games – poker, baccarat, roulette, blackjack. The administration strives to constantly replenish the list of available games so that no client can say that he is disappointed.

A start-up institution is predictably faced with growth problems – it sets itself global goals and even supports all kinds of account currencies, but the site is still only available in English. It is naive to expect something more from the operators of the support service – they also answer questions only in English, hoping that educated people are obliged to know the language of international communication. You can contact support only in chat, but it works around the clock both on the desktop and on the mobile version of the site. In general, the work of the support service can be assessed as good – so far, the employees are ready to help customers in everything and cope with this task quickly.

Shambala Casino is now at the stage of its formation when it is too early to conclude the casino. This is logical – somewhere the administration will still have time to eliminate minor flaws, somewhere problems may emerge that the general public is not yet aware of. For this reason, we will now neither recommend immediately registering at this casino nor discourage them from such a decision. You can do this at your discretion if you want to get a nice welcome package and try out a large number of different games.
