Globally, there is nothing to complain about - a nice design, everything works as expected, and this is what I, as an experienced programmer, say. The only thing that really caused inconvenience is how long the verification takes because it takes about a week. The most interesting thing is that you load the documents - and already say "Accepted", but it is not yet a fact that you are already fully verified. I've been playing Betfair for years and to my surprise, they decided to suspend my account. I'm shocked because I don't know what their reasons are for suspension and they didn't give me any warning before locking me out. Had no luck receiving a decent explanation from their support team and now I have no access to my open bets and outstanding balance. As much as I've enjoyed betting here, yet customer support is a real nightmare. You have to wait in a long queue before you can get to an agent. I'm surely done with Betfair, it's just a big hassle at this point.

It's been a week ever since I requested to withdraw my winnings and I'm still waiting on the funds. Betfair might be a well established and credible casino but how they handle withdrawals makes me wonder how they can maintain their reputation. I've wasted hours of my life on live chat speaking to bots and when I was finally able to get through to an agent it was useless. Just to clarify the website has every right to terminate your account but they do not have the right to hold your money. Please try reaching out to their support team by phone. Just keep in mind that due to corona circumstances many agents are loaded as they have to work from home. It doesn't matter what the reason was for terminating your account but they do not have the right to uphold your money.

I tried to match a bet but the website prevented me. I find it weird because with a quick google search you will realize that Betfair is actually advertising for matched betting. Over and above they are charging a five percent fee so I guess promoting a free bet steak is one big lie. I suggest instead of trying to block us from winning you should revise your own terms and conditions so that it's more transparent to punters like me who rely on the promotions you advertise. I really think this situation is unfair and you are no different from other phoney websites that promote total nonsense.

Betfair is hands down one of the best casinos out there!!! I made extensive research about different casinos and they mosty have terrible ratings. In my experience, I find it safer to bet money that I'm prepared to lose because after all gambling is a game of luck. If you are playing to make money this won't work and you shouldn't count on it. My suggestion is to bet your money with big credible casinos. Many casinos for example are paying for their own reviews or to be placed on google's top ten, but still, that does not make them credible.
